Chteau Peychaud is located in the heart of the Ctes de Bourg appellation. The estate covers 28 hectares on a very qualitative terroir. In the center of the property, a hundred years old manor is built, replacing the residence of an old noble family named Peychaud. The oldest building of the Chteau is a dovecote. It is a symbolic building of a feudal house. Situated on clay-limestone and silica-clay hillsides, the terroir is ideally suited for the culture of vines. Thanks to a big percentage of Merlot and a ageing in stainless steel vats, Chteau Peychaud produces a very fruity wine.Region : BordeauxLocation : TeuillacArea : 28 hectaresWine Grape Varieties : 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet francTasting commentsChteau Peychaud 2015 has a lovely ruby red colour.
