Nose : The nose is complex, fruity, persistent, with flavors of black fruit and licorice.
Palate : In the mouth the wine is supple, balanced with blackberry jam and coffee notes. Long finish.
Recommendations : Nice to have with some red meat, game or chocolate cake.
Alcohol content : 13.5
Cellar potential : Up to 15 years reflecting the above notes. After this
period the wine will show more mature/
evolved characteristics.
