The Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin is a small wine-growing area located in the northwest of Spain, in the autonomous community of Galicia. In the Rías Baixas there is an ancient winemaking tradition, which has been inherited generation after generation. This DO favors native varieties, which reach their maximum development in this territory. The traditional viticulture confers a genuine quality and origin to wines with a marked Atlantic character.
Colour : Pale yellow with green reflections color
Nose : It perfectly combines complex fruity and floral aromas,from lime, orange peel and banana to citronella and honeysuckle, as well as marine notes.
Palate : The aging in contact with its fine lees provides creaminess in the mouth and a firm and powerful structure, it is very fresh, with a silky sensation and a persistent finish, especially Atlantic, fresh and mineral with hints of grapefruit and lemon.
