Elegant, velvety-smooth tannins building to a well-balanced finish.VINIFICATION AND MATURINGThe grapes are harvested by hand, then de-stemmed ahead of traditional maceration under controlled temperatures, lasting 10 to 15 days. The must is frequently pumped-over to thoroughly extract the aromas, tannins and colour, then transferred to stainless steel vats for ageing. The wine is then bottled and laid down for several months.∗ FOOD AND WINE PAIRING ∗Best served at 16C, paired with grilled lamb, chicken tajine or a selection of fine cheeses.
