This sparkling Côte des Roses rosé is unique and celebrates the Mediterranean Art of Living. The soil, very varied, consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils, and also gravel. The climate, hot and windy, semi-arid with mild winters, promotes the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while retaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the influence of the sea, which moderates the high summer temperatures.
