Buriano is a red wine of great longevity and strength. It is definitely of a ruby-red colour, intense and substantial. The fragrance, rich and smooth, is
reminiscent of the scent of wild berries, that blends well with the hints of spice and toasting.
Raspberries and blackberries are particularly highlighted,but also vanilla, tobacco, leather and coffee.
This complex stands out in contact with the
palate, well-balanced with the alcoholic and the tannin content, as well as with oiliness. Our wine undergoes slight filtering. This may involve
a small amount of dregs forming in the bottom of bottles.
It goes well with demanding red meats, game and mature cheese.
