This wine embodies the elegance of Viña San Pedro's finest grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon from Curicó Valley vines more than half a century old, Syrah from Alto Cachapoal and Malbec from Maule Valley to lend fresh red fruit, structure and good acidity. After 18 months of aging in French oak barrels, the wine is bottled unfiltered and then aged another year in the bottle.Color: ruby red color, with violet shades, intense and deep. Aroma: elegant nose, ripe and intense, marked by cassis and black cherry fruit that intermingles with blond tobacco, cedar and a touch of mocha. Palate: smooth textured, rich and well concentrated, with an excellent balance of tannins and acidity. It is also very expressive and elegant, slightly mineral, long and persistent. Advisable to be kept for 8 to 12 years.Serving Suggestion: ideal companion for red meats, deer and mature cheese. Best serve at 18C.
